We have lived in the Seattle area for most of our lives (Diane all of her life). Working at the same company for a combined 85 years. Yes, we both started working there when we were 4 years old. Diane as an purchasing manager and me as a lowly 06-electrican at a construction business. We have saved some money, sold our house, and are ready for an adventure. This blog is mostly to document what we do, how and why. If you’d like, you can follow along. Welcome!

We have traveled a fair amount in the world. With our eyes focused on a possible landing spot in retirement. Costa Rica didn’t make the cut. Nor did Iran, Great Britain, Argentina and not even The Philippines amongst many others. 

But a few did make the cut. We will be re-exploring those countries and see what happens.
