Phuket, Thailand (Mostly Phang Nga Bay)
This month we made our way down south to Phuket from our home in Chiang Mai. It is roughly the distance from Seattle to LA. I’ve seen those incredible looking islands jutting out of Phang Nga Bay, and I have always wanted to see them. Needless to say, they are way better in person 🙂 We rented a private speed boat with a crew of three for the day. I used my new Sony FX30 camera and other video equipment to make this 15-minute video. I feel it will be worth it for you to watch this on the biggest screen that is handy. Preferably rent the 5th Ave Theatre using their Dolby incrusted sound system. But an iPhone while you are on a morning run, distracted by barking dogs and pouring rain, will work too.
My Nightmare Job:
Yes, I would never choose this career path. There is just a lot wrong with this picture. First, painting a 60 unit 8-story condo building with a paint brush. Then, there is the dangling by a rope thing. They are currently working on the 4th and 5th stories. Nope, nope, and nope!
This is located next to our condo. BTW they did an outstanding job. The building has an excellent new coat of paint performed by professionals with a f’ing paint brush, much beyond my skills.
My New Art....
I hesitate to add this to our blog/vlog, for a plethora of reasons. One… it is all about me, me, me. So, with that said, I’ve taken up the hobby of photography. This may flame out and die before it gets off the ground… but let’s give it a try.
The wonderful future me…
A quick break…
